of the farm

A passionate and committed breeder, Sebastien owns 4 hen houses of 400m2. His poultry are kept in the open air on a grassy, tree-lined run. Animal welfare? This is an issue that he places above all else in the way he approaches his job.

For me, the LABEL ROUGE is far from being a constraint. It is a necessity for animal welfare and also for the quality of the product. It is a commitment that we have made to certify the quality of our work and to set ourselves apart.
