Description of the farm

In the Pays Basque, 20 km from Bayonne, Dominique Sabarot raises dairy sheep and, for more than a year, Label Rouge farm chickens.
His farm covers 64 hectares, including 45 hectares of grassy and wooded meadows.
For him, the Label Rouge is a guarantee of quality and a real valorization of the breeder’s work. According to him, this method is very respectful of animal welfare and guarantees the traceability of the product.

 

Label Rouge farm chicken gets all its flavor, strength, taste and texture from free-range farming: the animal is more muscular and its flesh firmer.
